ODR refers to the “Online Dispute Resolution” platform introduced by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to facilitate the resolution of disputes between banks and their customers digitally and efficiently. The ODR platform offers features such as online filing of disputes, submission of relevant documents electronically, virtual hearings through video conferencing or teleconferencing, and secure communication channels for exchanging information between parties.
